I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right across from the beach and near some restaurants, while the service was a letdown due to arrogant staff. The rooms facing the beach were lovely, although the dining and facilities didn't meet expectations.

The hotel provided us with excellent views of both the sea and the beach, as well as a glimpse of Benidorm old town. The staff, from reception to dining, were really helpful. However, the room seemed a bit tired. The location was perfect, especially for meals, being at the quieter end of Benidorm Poniente Beach. Despite the positive aspects, we were disappointed with the freshness of the food during dining.

The service was really helpful from reception staff to the waitresses in the dining room. We did notice that the staff at the bar across the road were much nicer.

The hotel's location is perfect, especially for meals service, at the end of the quieter part of Benidorm Poniente Beach. It was just over the road from the golden sands, but we did experience a bit of draught coming from around the plastic curtains.

The dining experience was very good, with a cooking station offering a good choice of hot and cold food. The breakfast had a good variety, including a cooking station for eggs, omelettes, or pancakes made to order. However, we encountered disappointments with the freshness of the food and felt a bit rushed to clear out for the lunch service.
